OPEN WATER SWIMMING
A wonderful opportunity to rewild your soul and reconnect with nature, open water swimming is proven to improve health and happiness. In partnership with Love Open Water and NOWCA the sport is now a permanent fixture at Leeds Dock with sessions every week with sessions every Wednesday (5.30–7.30pm), Saturday and Sunday (9–11.30am).
With a network of highly experienced lifeguards as well as state-of-the-art safety systems, there’s never been a better time to dip your toe into one of the fastest growing sports in the UK.
STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING
An exciting urban outdoor adventure, paddleboard through the heart of Leeds Dock for an unique and unforgettable experience! Led by instructors, Amy and Dean, the year-round opportunity is open to all ages and abilities, with sessions for beginners and novices. All information about upcoming session times will be posted in the ‘Leeds Dock Paddle Boarding (Sup School)’ Facebook group.
LEEDS DOCK RUNNING CLUB
A social running club that meets every week for a variety of sessions. Join a steady 5km session every Monday at 6.15pm, an 8-10km run every Wednesday at 6.15pm or a long run/endurance training every Sunday at 10.30am. Everyone is welcome to join and the meeting point is at the amphitheatre, near the Royal Armouries Museum.
